Come visit us at our brand new shop on Macrossan Street! Opened in November 2018, our new location will be open from 9am daily. You can e-mail, call, or drop in, our friendly shop crew can help with questions about the reef, weather, tides, choosing the best day to go out, and the most suitable boat for your needs and experience if you aren’t sure yet.
As long time locals we can provide advice and bookings for other local tours such as rainforest trips, river cruises, horse riding, sunset sails, reef cruises and Skyrail/Kuranda Rail trips.
We have a reading area with reference books to learn more about the reef or identify that mystery fish you have seen.
We stock Go Pro cameras and accessories, reef and marine biology books, T-shirts, hats and even pens made from recycled bottles.
We even have a fantastic range of beach bags and wallets called Jozzii. We have these hand made in Kenya at a craft workshop to provide jobs and training in an area with lots of poverty and part dependence on unsustainable subsistence reef fishing. The money raised goes to education in the same area to try to help provide more diverse opportunities for the future.
Stay tuned for some exciting surprises happening here in the New Year….
Our shop is located in the heart of the Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina building, a great location with views across the boats and the coastline. There is quick and easy access to Wavelength, plenty of free all day parking, other shops and a couple of restaurants.
We use this shop to welcome our passengers daily – check in is at 7:55am with our reservations team and after a few minutes wait we will lead you down to the boat to start your Great Barrier Reef adventure!
All of our merchandise and photos of your day are available for purchase from here in the afternoon when you return from the reef.
Our full day snorkel tours visit three outer reef sites, each day. The skipper picks these on the day, from our wide selection of exclusive outer reef moorings. Our aim is to show you the best reef, and the diversity of reef types.More Info
