Come visit us at new shop on Macrossan Street! Opened in November 2018, our new location will be open from 9am daily. You can e-mail, call, or drop in, our friendly shop crew can help with questions about the reef, weather, tides, choosing the best day to go out, and the most suitable boat for your needs and experience if you aren’t sure yet.
As long time locals we can provide advice and bookings for other local tours such as rainforest trips, river cruises, horse riding, sunset sails, reef cruises and Skyrail/Kuranda Rail trips.
We have a reading area with reference books to learn more about the reef or identify that mystery fish you have seen.
We stock Go Pro cameras and accessories, reef and marine biology books, T-shirts, hats and even pens made from recycled bottles.
We even have a fantastic range of beach bags and wallets called Jozzii. We have these hand made in Kenya at a craft workshop to provide jobs and training in an area with lots of poverty and part dependence on unsustainable subsistence reef fishing. The money raised goes to education in the same area to try to help provide more diverse opportunities for the future.
Our boats are located at the Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina on Wharf Street. Check in here at 8.00am to start your Great Barrier Reef adventure! There is quick and easy access to Wavelength, plenty of free all day parking, other shops and a couple of restaurants.
Our full day snorkel tours visit three outer reef sites, each day. The skipper picks these on the day, from our wide selection of exclusive outer reef moorings. Our aim is to show you the best reef, and the diversity of reef types.
